In the following agreement Courses are referred to as ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ and the student, parent/guardian, or any other person/body responsible for booking and paying for the course is referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’.

Through signing up to our course(s) you agree to the following terms and conditions

Parental/Legal Guardian Permission

Any student(s) under the age of 18 signing up or being signed for any of our courses must have parental or legal guardian permission to do so.

No Warranties

Our tutors are confident in their ability to teach their courses. However, coding steps Courses and our tutors make no promises or warranties with regard to outcome and/or students’ performance as a result of any teaching provided on our courses

Change of Location, Platform and Tutors

We reserve the right to change the advertised tutors at our discretion. We also reserve the right to change the advertised course location or platform giving reasonable notice to attending students

Content

Our tutors make every effort to ensure that any resources and content they deliver and provide is accurate. We cannot guarantee that they will be entirely error-free or complete. Under no circumstances will be our Courses be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from your reliance on the content provided on our courses.

Asking for a student to leave

If a tutor feels that a student’s behaviour is not acceptable or their behaviour is disrupting the class, we reserve the right to ask them to leave. In these circumstances, you will be given a full refund of any remaining days.

Personal Belongings

Coding Steps is not responsible for any personal belongings that students bring to the courses

COVID-19

If for any covid-related reason classroom courses cannot take place in person they will be moved online. In this instance you would not be entitled to a refund.

Refund and Cancellations

You may cancel a registration within 14 days of your booking (applicable up to 28 days before course commencement). To cancel a course booking, you must inform us by using the contact form on the website.

We will make the reimbursement using the means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

If you wish to cancel your registration because exams are no longer taking place you will not be entitled to a refund.

We reserve the right to review this refund policy on a case by case basis in extreme circumstances.
